Is your relationship with food making you miserable? Dieting is a soul-destroying, vicious cycle. You start a diet, which focuses on all the things you SHOULD be eating, while cutting out all the things that make you feel happier. You over-eat to try to make yourself feel better. You diet to punish yourself for over eating. You break the diet because it makes you feel rubbish. You've 'failed' so you feel bad. Then you over-eat to make yourself feel better...

There is a solution and it's here. Break Free From Emotional Eating, the kickstart course, was designed for women like you who have yo-yo dieted for more years than they care to remember, trying diet after diet, and worrying 'what's wrong with me?' when you slip back into your bad habits.
